"Haunted Travels"

Hello....

I would like to welcome you all to Haunted Travels. I am Almyra and I will be your hostess for the afternoon. Before we begin you might want to make sure all of your doors are locked and your lights are on.

Our tour begins in a town called Tucker, Georgia where there are reports of a family who was once visited by ghosts in their home. The story begins with a couple who had just recently got married and had a found a home they fell in love with little did they know how their home would turn into a home of terror.

It all began on a quiet morning when a woman named Sara was newly married to a man named George Bernard  was driving around Tucker, Georgia who comes upon a house she simply adores. The house was a small victorian 2 bedroom home which she loved. Even though it looked a little old she knew she had to have it. Anyway.....after seeing the house up for sale she drove home to her husband George and new baby filled with excitement at what she knew would be the house she would live in for the rest of her life with her family.

After arriving home Sara ran into her apartment that she lived in with her new husband George and their first new born baby girl Abagail. She ran up to George and told him about the house she told him they had to buy. George was happy about the house that his wife had told him about and so they decided to go see it. Sara and her family drove to the house and they both loved it. From the outside George could see that it was a little run down but he knew that he could take care of the repairs. George, Sara and their new baby walked into their new home for the very 1st time.

The house was half furnished with old furniture and to Sara and George it was home. After a day or two Sara and her family moved into their new home. After a long day unpacking and moving in Sara put her daughter Abagail to bed and her husband and his wife both headed off to bed. For quite a while Sara and her husband George were both sleeping peacefully in their new home. About 2 a.m. Sara awoke to the sound of someone whispering her name. She thought that she had been dreaming so she laid back down and closed her eyes. Once again Sara heard someone whispering her name. She tried to wake up her husband but he was sound asleep and couldn't be woken. She got up and went to her bedroom door and slowly walked to her daughter Abagail's room who was sleeping as well. After a few minutes of checking on her daughter Sara once again heard someone whispering her name. She then walked out into the hallway to see if anyone was there but there was no one there. She softly called out to see if her husband was awake but he didn't answer. She then walked downstairs to find that her television was on. She didn't think anything of it at the time so she went and turned it off. Once again she heard someone whispering her name. She tried not to think of the voice so she walked back upstairs to her room to find that her husband was still sleeping so she laid down next to her husband and went to sleep though she still felt a little uneasy about what she heard.

The very next day while she was feeding her daughter Abagail she told her husband George what she had heard. He told her that she was just dreaming and not to worry. He then went off to work and Sara and her daughter were alone in the house. After a few hours playing with her daughter Sara once again heard someone whispering her name. She pretended not to hear the voice and continued playing with her daughter.

That very night Sara had put Abagail to bed and her and her husband George went to bed. A few minutes of sleep they both awoke to the sound of the bathroom door closing and the water running. They were shaken by what they heard so they went to check on their daughter who was also awake. They picked her up and went to investigate what they heard. George told his wife Sara to take Abagail downstairs which she did. George went into the bathroom to see that the windows in the bathroom were fogged up and the water was running full blast. Seeing what he saw in the bathroom he then called out "Who's there ?" but there was no reply. He then turned off the water and he walked downstairs to his wife and daughter. He could see that his wife Sara was visibly shaken. A few minutes later they heard the sound of the doors upstairs opening and closing and footsteps across the floor upstairs. They decided to call their parents and tell them all about what was going on in the house. Their parents told them to call the realtor who sold them the house which they did. The realtor told them that the house wasn't haunted. That night they went to spend the night at their parents house with their daughter.

The very next day they went back to the house to find that the water in the kitchen was running and the doors upstairs were opening and closing. George went into the kitchen to turn off the water. Sara sat in the living room with her daughter Abagail who was crying along with her mother. Sara once again heard her named whispered to her which she screamed to her husband to come into the room. He hurried to his wife who was quite shaken by the events in the house. After sitting with her husband and her daughter they both felt they could not spend another night in the house. After a few minutes they decided they would go to their parents house.

The very next day they went to the house to pack. Abagail was sitting in a car seat on the bed in her parents room. Sara and her husband jumped when a vase in their room was violently to the floor which made their daughter scream out in tears. Sara and her husband knew they had to leave the house. So they hurried up with as much packing as they could. A few minutes later with Abagail in her mother's hands they quickly hurried downstairs. Before they got downstairs a loud voice screamed out " Get Out !!!!!! ". On the way to the front door the voice once again screamed out " Get Out !!!!!!! ". Sara, her husband and their daughter got to the car and never returned.

To this day Sara and her husband both wonder who and what was in the house. The house itself remains up for sale in Tucker, Georgia awaiting the next family who might come along. Well folks that ends our time here at Haunted Travels. I hope that you will come again soon.

Take care everyone. Sleep Tight.
