My Vacation is Officially Over.

Hello dear world

Good evening how are you ? Let me start by saying that my vacation is officially over and today I was back at work today and I walked my legs practically off today doing work and more work and then quite a bit more work and then more work after that. I can say that I definitely contributed to the gross national product today. I am happy to report that we had some nice warm weather in my neck of the woods...Atlanta Georgia to those who are new to visiting my journal.

I am also happy to report that my favorite movie "The Lake House" with Keanu Reeves came on HBO last night which was nice. I had rented it and I fell in love with it. I think Keanu was great in "The Lake House". I also like the movie very much. Here is a link for those of you who haven't seen it yet ----> http://thelakehousemovie.warnerbros.com/ . I definitely definitely recommend everyone to see it. My dear world you might also want to go rent the movie "The Holiday" with Jude Law, Cameron Diaz and Jack Black its a great movie as well.

Anywho.....how was your day ?? I hope you had a really enjoyable day. How is the weather there in your neck of the woods ? Did you have to go to work like I did ? I just thought I would pop in and say hello. I will talk to you again my dear world.

Take care !!!!!!!

Sorry work was so hard for you today. It's always tough after a nice vacation to get back into the swing of things. I've been off for awhile, and am starting a new job on Tuesday.  So my legs will be aching!
Hope you have a good weekend.

Good Morning.  Glad that you are back to work !!!  Hope next week won't be so busy for you. Also somehow missed yesterdays article that told us that your Uncle was a bit better. I am so pleased for you all.  It is a lovely morning here in the West of England and the promise of a nice day with warm sunshine. Very unusual for here in April. In fact I have put a dress on this morning!!! and my sandals so it MUST be warm..this will be the first time this year I have had a dress on (of course other than when I was away on holiday in NZ and Singapore)  It is lovely to travel please try to save your dollars in a travel fund and one day you will travel all over the world you are never to old !!  so you can afford to save for years and years  Have a nice weekend  Love Sybilx

Yes, Lake House is a good movie and worth seeing over again, although I rarely do that for movies... The Holiday, this one I think was "okay", not bad, but not great either... I just couldn't get over Jack Black's character being so uncharacteristic of himself, sooooo kind and tender and thus, sooooo over the top... for him, that is!?!?!?  And not to mention: yeah right like a lady who has a multi-million dollar house in Cali is gonna just switch houses for a lil ole cottage out in dodge England... you just know Cameron Diaz's character had the big bucks to buy any sweet thang she wanted, cuz afterall, she's Cameron Diaz  ;oP  ... Then there's Jude Law's character, okay, his character is what saved the movie from going thumbs down... even though Kate Winslet's character almost ranked it for him, seeing as there is no way anyone on the face of this earth gonna believe them two could be remotely related ... Okay, my complaints about this movie stop here!  For those who have not seen it, it's worth seeing... but for those who could really care less about any of these forementioned actors/actresses, do yourself a favor, get the other great movies that they have starred in and are so well known for... then, you might choose to care for them!  (i.e., Something About Mary, Shallow Hal, The Talented Mr. Ripley, The Titanic, etc.)
