A Beginning To The Weekend

Hello dear world

Good afternoon how is everyone ? I am doing well today. I am feeling much better today and my spirits have been lifted. Thank you for all of your kind thoughts and comments they were appreciated.

I have to say that it has been a pretty nice Saturday in my neck of the woods. I awoke to the nice weather outside and lots of pretty good rest.

You will be happy to know that I had a wonderful breakfast with my family which consisted of scrambled eggs, biscuits, hashbrowns and a piece of sausage and a glass of orange juice. Breakfast is a must to get you going.

Before breakfast I did watch the movie "The Mirror Has Two Faces" once again with Barbara Streisand which I have to say that I found myself laughing and having a good time watching it. My mom also watched it with me since my dad took my oldest niece to her Piano lesson she takes over the weekend.

Anywho...I just finished visiting some of my favorite journals : Chosen Words by the writer/poet Mr. Brimm and one of my other favorite journals "The Wisdom of a Distracted Mind" which is a very interesting journal to read. If you have the chance you must visit these journals.

Here is the link to one of them

**** I wanted to share with you one of my other favorite journals that I really really really really recommend to you. The journal is "Lone Star Concerto" which I must say is a very inspired piece of writing that captured me from the very beginning it was born. The writer is a cowboy from Texas that I would like to introduce to you. Here is the link ----> http://journals.aol.com/jayveerhapsody/LoneStarConcerto/ ****

So how are you my dear world ? How has your weekend been so far ? Feel free to share your thoughts and plans for the weekend with me I want to hear all about it.

That's about all for now. I'll talk to you again soon.

Bye !!!!!!

Hi There Monae,  Glad to see that your weekend has got of to a good start. Mary and I had coffee with my sister Sarah this morning and of course John her lovely husband..they had a visitor from Germany he is very nice. After that we went to Chippenham our nearest little town and just had a wander round the shops, We stopped for a cup of tea and a toasted teacake, which would have been very nice however as I helped Mary to put her sticks down...they have a will of there own never stay where they are put !!....I happened to knock over a cup of tea !! You can't help wondering how so much tea can come out of a small cup.  Thankfully Mary had brought loads of napkins so they came in useful !!  I was very quick and managed to save the toasted teacakes !!  Love Sybil x
