I Am Something Of A Green Thumb....Imagine That

Hello dear world

Good evening everyone !! Yes its me again. I had to come and share a little bit of news with you. Earlier today me and my mom were on our deck in our backyard. Anywho...while we were on our deck we had some parsley and some mint in two different flower pots and you will be proud of me for what I did.

We had a little flower holder which holds more than 1 flower at a time so I took out the parsley and the mint from their flower pots and planted them in the flower holder so they could be in the same holder. I actually became something of a green thumb in that I also planted a baby pine tree that my mom bought which came in a little bag and yes I planted it in a flower pot so it can grow. I can't wait to see it grow into a bigger pine tree.

I have to tell you that the smell of the mint was wonderful and so I had to come and tell you that the smell of mint has to be added to my list of favorite things. The parsley and the mint and the baby pine tree are all still very much alive and growing on our deck so I guess I did become a green thumb my dear world.

I just thought I would come and share a few bits of my news with you. Did you have a nice Saturday my dear world ??? I hope you all got to enjoy your day. I also hope you get to enjoy your Sunday as well. I am off of work for the weekend of course. That's about it for now. I shall return you to your regularly scheduled programming.....am I funny or what ???

Good-night dear world

You sure are a fun girl our Monae...Glad you are into the planting..hope everything grows under your tender care...just remember to keep watering everything pots do dry up very quickly...last night I noticed a little tree I had planted last year had gone into the decline..lack of water I think...anyway I have repotted it and watered it well so hopefully I will have caught it in time  but I sure looks poorly ...maybe I will have to send for green finger Monae....

You'd better wash all that green stuff off of your thumb LOL.  Hope you have a nice Sunday.  Take care.

Thank you for sharing the news about your green thumb activities. It's still a bit cold for that here in Ohio, but you've got me thinking ... looking out the window for real signs of spring. And thank you so much for those kind words (on "Chosen Words") about Squiggles & Giggles ... they help to keep me going. Continued best wishes.
